The orange monkey is still keeping my mind busy. Nevertheless, this summer we are visiting the Nahe in Germany. Visits include Dönnhoff, Diel, Emrich-Schönleber, Kruger-Rumpf and Schäfer-Frölich. This bottle has a slight bitterness in the after taste and that's the first time I noticed. Bad luck.

Recently, our professor oenology has passed away. To honour him, we held a tasting with wines from his favourite region: red Burgundy. These two stood out.
