Mortadella sandwich with fresh pecorino on top, resting on bread toasted with roasted garlic oil, roasted garlic spread, cracked black pepper Parmesan. The other half of bread had butter, Calabrian chili spread, brown mustard, Vacheron and mozzarella cheeses on top.
