My mom gave us a bigass leche flan from #goldilocks, but my kids have egg allergies and my wife is vegan. so i added milk to it and spent an hour pushing the solids through a sieve to de-custardize it, and now we'll see if it will turn into a decent ice cream that I alone will consume
