Apparently it's international black cat day so here's my little panther and partner in crime, Leon. He can be an asshole sometimes but I love him all the same. Every day I come home from work the first thing he wants to do is lay in my lap for an hour while I love on him.

Chainsaw Man: Reze Arc. 10/10. Not much to say other than the improved color palette really makes Chainsaw Man's world pop a bit better. This is arguably one of the best arcs in the series so I'm glad it got a good treatment. I don't remember much that got cut, and the added stuff was great.

Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake. 9/10. It's easy to tell how this game inspired so much in the genre. It holds up to the test of time, with the remake providing a number of quality of life changes for more modern gamers. I would give it a 10 if it wasn't for the price, $60 is a bit too much.

Robin: Year One. 8/10. Was in a Robin mood after Dark Victory. I wouldn't say this is as good as Batman Year One but it's still solid. Good art, decent story, shows the positive effect Robin has on Bruce. Further cements that I really want Robin in The Batman Part 2.

Batman: Dark Victory. 8/10. A followup to The Long Halloween that I didn't know existed until now. Much like the one before it, the art is phenomenal, though I'd say the mystery isn't quite as strong. I like its inclusion of Dick Grayson near the end. Hoping the new movie uses this as inspiration.

The Way of Kings. 8/10. This was a beefy book. There is a bit of a bad lull early in the book, but the beginning is explosive, and part 2 and onward is all solid fantasy work. It's very entertaining to say the least. I mark off points primarily for the rocky start and length. Still, good book.

Andor Season 1. 9/10. Damn good Star Wars. Great cast, does a great job of selling the early years of the rebellion better than most of the other SW entries. The last episode in particular is outstanding. Can't wait to watch season 2.

Umamusume. 9/10. I feel like I've played this long enough to give a fair Judgement. Honestly it's a great game, which is where most gacha fail for me. It makes the characters the star focus instead of a grand narrative. The point I'm docking is because it *is* still a gambling game.
