Well I just learned - for real - how to use CSS grids... that's new, but it worked quite well for what we wanted.
a few hours of me trying to stop thinking in terms of flexbox, but I got there. woof.

Almost done cleaning everything for hosting tomorrow. Gotta do the kitchen still, but also, that's gonna be a mess anyway because I'll be in there cooking, so I kinda planned to leave that for last. Like... tomorrow last.

Since I re-organized my house a few months ago it's been super easy to keep everything sorted, so I don't have to do a major "put stuff away" like I usually do before Thanksgiving.
I just need to give the dogs baths, do the laundry, and dust... everything.

Got the potty yard cleaned up and got everything cleared out and leaves mulched really well in the field. I drug my feet a bit getting outside... then had to run an errand at lunch, then stop a bit early to sub a class, so pretty good work for not a full day.

Well, the judge I was supposed to show to this weekend ended up not able to judge after all. After getting sick in the first place, then a re-occurrence of shingles, and now this... it felt like the universe was saying DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOW. So I took the refund option and am not going after all...

It's cold and I'm definitely cycling through bouts of fatigue and "I was lectured to rest so let me not move for a bit"
but I did get all my garden beds cleared out and some stuff that had made its way out of the shed and stayed out there got shoved back into the shed
