Yeah, it serves as the ultimate victory over the prey, regardless of what the pred’s intentions for eating them are. Unless it was to keep them safe, but I’m sure people who love safe vore have found a way to make digestion cutesy by now. Intending safe vore and teasing digestion though, is so good

Yeah, fatal or not, vore is significantly improved with some gurgling and churning to me. I like to be reminded what the stomach is for, and how it treats the food inside, not just that the person is trapped

Don’t think I ever saw the last image from this sequence, nice. And to be honest, digesting someone for fun when it doesn’t kill them lends itself to a similar appeal as just swallowing them for a while

Just noticed she’s swallowing up the person she’s meant to be a copy of, too. How strange it must be to get eaten by a rubbery copy of yourself. Does Maggie digest her prey, or just like swallowing them for her own enjoyment?

I saw the second phase when I looked up her fight. It’s quite pleasantly rendered and appealing. Definitely has a cartoonish appeal and a soft look. Quite inviting even

Guess we aren’t the only ones with these kinds of questions. Always interesting to see people from Japan who like vore. Means it’s not the result of North American cultural influence that causes the fetish. Though maybe anywhere that has cartoon characters frequently being swallowed can cause it

Letting it swallow you would be a pretty unusual solution to an enemy encounter lol. Like the model could probably allow that scenario to be made as-is, but it’s hard to imagine a reason they’d have it play out that way

I think the only time I can think of where the player is swallowed by an enemy in a vore way before dying would be the final boss in starfy. And for some reason it upset me so much as a kid that I deleted my save file and never played again. But that’s the vorniest animation I’ve seen in any game

The eel is pretty big in the game, but I’m still not sure the stomach would be large enough for any kind of sequence. Maybe they intended to make it bigger or something later but it ended up unchanged due to plans shifting. You could walk to a shine and grab it in there, but why would that happen?

Still remember being disappointed that the deku baba plants in wind waker don’t swallow you if you die from them putting you in their mouth. They spit you out and then you collapse. Probably less traumatic for most players, but I was looking for a different outcome back then

Honestly, the vore levels in bonk look pretty nasty just from the colour choices. One of the better vore areas I can think of is the fish in banjo tooie They use the soft floors like the bounce house from witchyworld, and it works really well for a stomach. Some may find the digesting food gross tho

Older games had a lot of vore levels in general actually, I wonder at what point that largely fell off. Latest example I can think of is the Wii era with games like Rayman origins, ice age, and I think a SpongeBob game had a stage inside the bull worm too
