A little autumn walk with Mabel now Bert’s done his worst

I’ve ’officially’ had anxiety for the past 12 years and though it’s had its ups and downs, I am still here and still going. We can carry on 💪🏻

I’m getting back to tweeting more about anxiety and mental in the hopes of spreading a bit of a positive word to those who might need it

Guy stopped me today after I’d just swam 80 lengths to say how impressed he was 😅 first time anyone’s ever said anything remotely positive!

Tuesday saw us making snowmen at 7:18am

Is there anyone in Leeds that can advise on a ‘quirky’ afternoon tea or something different? My niece wants to take my mum but we’re unsure if something that’s a bit different.

Saturday night in. Few wins today, one of them being a mile swim for the first time in years. Anxiety also seemingly back under control.
