I plan on spending a good part of my winter on the beach watching and consulting with the gulls, pelicans and sea life. Everyday presents a new treasure to me on the beach. I just hope that I am able enough to get on and off the beach often this year. It is my sanity at stake.

11 years ago I got shingles in my eye. I could not sleep for 21 days. It did so much damage that I still must put a prednisone drop in that eye every morning. If I stop, I can’t see out of it due to scarring. Take care everyone and get vaccinated.
