Your model was correct 🥰 No surge. Tide was high & the sea foam & sand bashed against the windows, like we've never seen (we could not see out at times). But, the sea didn't surge into the garden (as it did once) Roof damage, signs missing, but all good. Your model made me feel better too, thanku!
