Religious beliefs can sometimes intersect with job requirements. When an individual's religious practices conflict with the essential functions of a role, it may be necessary for them to explore alternative employment opportunities without infringing on the rights of others.

I am so proud to be a part of this occasion. Working at a privately owned practice is so much more than a clinic, we are a communinty. Sadly so many local clinics have gone corporate.
