It's with a heavy heart that I tell everyone that Mocha-chan lost her fight with cancer and passed away peacefully this morning.
She lived to be 15 years old, over 100 years old in rabbit years, no doubt thanks to the tender love and care from her students.
Rest in peace, Mocha-chan 🐰

Mocha-chan update: She has finally returned to the school, she's having some trouble with coordination but is finally eating on her own again. She's giving cancer one hell of a fight 🥹

Mocha-chan now has a message board while she's at the vet receiving her cancer treatment...
If anyone has a get-well message for her I'll be sure to convey it to her :)

Mocha-chan update: As much as it pains me to say this, her cancer has been getting worse. We don't know the chances of her getting better but she is in the care of a veterinarian now to ensure she's properly eating and such. Please keep her in your prayers 🙏

This kind of health deterioration is very normal for her old age though, she's putting up a great fight! She's regaining her appetite and has been full of energy lately 💪
