Small review: love the fairytale vibes, and its kinda swashbuckle-ie. Made me want to eat spores lol
A crochet rectangle that is half sky blue on the top and half green on the bottom. In the center of the crochet rectangle is a grey cup made of yarn that was sewn into the crochet. To the right of the crochet rectangle is a 5.5 mm crochet hook that has a handmade mauve handle. Below the crochet rectangle is a pink sticky note that has a grid pattern printed on. There are blue lines going across the top half of the note and green at the bottom. The sticky note also has a pyramid-ish shape in grey in the bottom center however the finished design does not contain this

4.The Sunlit Man- Brandon Sanderson #cosmere

Small review: shouldnt have read before finishing the rest of the cosmere but I did 🤷‍♀️ If you like Brando then you will love this cool ass planet.
A crochet rectangle with small white square in the middle with a row of orange, then yellow, then orange, and finally maroon going around the white square until the stitches equal 11x14 in size. To the right is a 5.5 mm crochet hook that has a clearly hand made (and poorly done) mauve handle. Below is a pink sticky note with a printed on grid pattern. On that note is the diagram for the crocheted rectangle laid out in highlighter to indicate which stich goes where.

Small review: I don't think I've ever read anything like this before with the imagery to plant directly in my brain and im sad that I waited this long. Too. Damn. Good.

To the right of the rectangle is a poorly made crochet hook in 5.5 mm with an lumpy mauve handle. At the bottom is a pink sticky note with a circle drawn over the printed grid pattern indicating the crochet rectangles pattern was jotted there

2. Yumi and the Nightmare Painter- Brandon Sanderson

Small review: seeing more romance was a lovely treat. Makes me want to hear from the peoples whose culture this was obviously inspired by though..
A navy crochet rectangle in a 14x 11 grid with sewn on teal and hot pink lines that meander horizontally across the piece, parallel, and looping once in the center. The teal line is in the top third and the pink is below that. The rectangle also has strewn about stars that were also sewn on in a random pattern to emulate the night sky. To the right of the rectangle is a poorly painted handmade crochet hook in size 5.5 mm with the hook end vertically placed at the top. Below the hook and rectangle is a pink post it note with a grid pattern printed on detailing the pattern the rectangle was trying to execute.

1. The Frugal Wizard's Handbook for Surviving Medieval England- Brandon Sanderson

Rating: 4.25

Small Review: was surprised that I loved the sci-fi kinda fantasy mix and laughed through the entire thing.
