Just like rn bc i put on weight 🤡 but it's fine i'll just have to buy bigger jeans it's okay

It's just frustrating bc it takes a LOT of time and work to heal and even when you think you're making progress sometimes you "relapse" and it looks like all your efforts are ruined lol

Dw dw it's okay! Well, mine is due to emotional imbalance and anxiety (paired with a possible autism) so i do have some pills to help me be more relaxed in general but the only treatment is through therapy since it's a mental issue😅

I don't think it does...? I've always had a slow metabolism but like. I guess it's a combinaison of that + a binge eating disorder where there's an intake of a lot of unhealthy food in a very short time ? Idk if i'm being that clear sorry bckfbfkfk
