We were 57 and 58 when we did the West Coast Trail. We did condition ourselves with packs and a dry run camp out. We wished we had practiced on rougher ground, crossing logs, and climbing ladders. Regardless, it was great.

Dear God. I hate to agree with the article byline from the G&M, but this idea has been going through my mind since I joined BlueSky 2 days ago. We learned this month that the majority don't care about BlueSky values and will be quite content to watch its members huff and puff to apoplexy.
