The track facilities are of abysmal quality, at best. Fix those as a minimum. Look at Tracks like Sepang and Mandalika, which is where most Australians will go because it's cheaper and better.

This is not at all controversial. More procedural, given the magnitude of the tragedy. There was a failure in policy, resulting in the two police fatalities. That failure must be analysed and must never happen again.
