Walking is one of the best things you can do for your body. Low impact and super beneficial. It’s one of the best forms of cardiovascular exercise there is. 😊

At the end of a brisk 25/30 minute walk (especially outside without headphones), you’ll notice your mood changed. Your body may sync with your mind and you’ll feel a bit more calm. Worth it if you only have that much time.
