If the courts have no authority to correct an unjust error, the US shouldn’t be sending anyone there at all for any reason.

It’s a simple human rights issue, and 100% of the electorate is human. Either every human has essential dignity and basic human rights, or none of us do.

“Demonstrates?” How on earth does a lack of evidence demonstrate anything except that they don’t really know what they’re doing?
