Sorry but the supreme court has systematically dismantled any idea of several things considered precedent before. And I for one am pissed off that this is even a topic!

I’ll go as far as saying the Democratic Party needs to have a SERIOUS relook at themselves. Period. Far too many are comfortable. Those folks aren’t fighting like a STRONG opposition party. And we are tired of it! They need to figure it out with quickness.
