Grief. It's a funny one. Even after years, loss taps at the soul, reminding you it is still there. Instinct says ignore, avoid, don't deal and it'll go away. It won't. So what if we let it in? Sit with it and hear what it has to say. What it wants us to learn. My current read is bringing up a lot.
