I guess that’s why it was nominated for best cinematography and production design by Academy Awards, BAFTA, National Society of Film, Critics Choice and Satellite.

Well. Waiting for that “woman scorned” thing to kick in then. Gonna need to do more than point little round “Elon Steals” signs at congress.

It’s worth watching for the artistry. Cinematography, lighting, costumes, production design, visual fx, makeup fx, acting. Don’t pass on it over a singular pretentious aspect. If you’ve learned one thing from bsky is that it’s filled with artists. Support the arts please.

Didn’t you see their little signs they were holding that nobody cared about?

The midterms are already over. Trump already eluded to it with “his very big surprise” in store for the midterms and the end of Blue States.
March 1, 2025 at 7:22 AM
Maybe there could be a crowdfunded organization to hire security for protestors

That means a ton! I fell in love with Star Wars when I saw Star Wars in theaters in 77 just before turning six years old . If something I made for Star Wars inspires even a single kiddo I’ve done my job.

Thanks Ben! Hey by the way, if you ever make it back to the office I put a Christmas present in your chair a couple months ago lol. I heard the last time you came in you forgot your USB security key and never returned lol

The elements are all faithful but they conform the the Galaxy’s Edge format which is a bit bulky for whatever reason. That format came first so there was no getting around it.

TY but it’s all good. I got into printing myself & printed from my original files. I posted some of my prints here if you scroll down enough. Respawn did gift us the Disney Kestis saber and Survivor saber. But yeah I gotta buy most merch myself. You don’t want that coming out of our dev budget.
February 20, 2025 at 7:48 AM
I bought that same Kestis model off Etsy! Was the first physical Kestis model I could find and proportionally more accurate than the Disney saber

So I modeled & textured both but worked off Jordan Lamarre-Wan’s concept. I helped w the designs where I made a 3D model of his 2D w some changes. He refined my 3D with paintovers, back and forth, so on & so forth. Same with the saber. But he was the brainchild. I executed the final models.

I have posted like 550 posts on Bluesky. And this post, probably the most important one to me so far has been reposted more than any other post of mine by a long shot. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. 🥰🤗🥰
