I don't think this should be what we spend £10bn on. Even if every single one of them weren't told til 6 months before I still wouldn't think it's what we should spend 10bn on.

hers was cancer, so she doesn't get HRT and it's caused lots of other issues for her.

hopefully if you do it you can have oestrogen. Unfortunately hers was due to cancer so she can't have HRT which makes it much worse.
