When you can get outside, in nature, be in the present moment and find peace you recharge and have strength - everyone should do this if they are feeling overwhelmed or stressed.

I’m an owner of a small non profit - animal assisted healing and wellness center. Helping people navigate and manage the stress of life. Covid contributed to debilitating stress - this election result is doing the same or worse- we do sunset sessions for any commmunity member needing to find solace

This is my daughter after we unloaded hay on Saturday- keep telling her that she is fierce and strong and she will always be fierce and strong. This election shook my daughter to her core and many young women feel the same but they can power through and find strength to continue to fight

We celebrate our local veterans who are in need of healing by offering them weekly visits to the farm for equine therapy- it’s a small thing with a big impact. What do you do for veterans in your area?
