If yes, then some year shortly after 1492, assuming we're calling any remotely edible green "lettuce". Hard tack/ship's biscuit, salt pork from a European ship, tomato and greens from mesoamerica. Certainly it was possible by 1517, assuming the Spanish used hardtack
