The original comment was that winter fuel payments never went away. And they didn’t. They stopped for some, but were still received by others. It is absolutely right to means-test these sorts of benefits, but the bar was set too low. I’m happy they’re changing that.

No, I didn’t suggest anything other than prize money and TV money. I suppose TV money correlates with how well you’re playing. Those at the top end of the table tend to get more TV time don’t they?
