The ruling noted that the President’s determination can be reviewed by the courts to ensure the facts and law are within a “range of honest judgment.” So if Judge Breyer were to find the facts the President asserted were not an honest judgement he could uphold the injunction at today’s hearing?

At 62 my PSA spiked and my doctor recommended a MRI. The MRI showed a lesion with a high probability of cancer so a targeted biopsy was done. The diagnoses was a Gleason score of 7 (3+4) and I opted for proton therapy. Four years later my PSA remains under .4 and the side effects have been minimal.

Why not get a PSA test? It’s a simple addition to annual blood testing. If it’s elevated or increasing then have a discussion about options with your doctor.

Yes, he’s fear mongering but it resonates with the parents of female athletes. I respect the right of people to be who they are but as a parent of former female collegiate swimmers I also understand the unfairness of a formerly male swimmer transitioning to female.

If an Ivy school no longer believes that a commitment to diversity and inclusion is still a core value then perhaps that school no longer belongs in the Ivy League.

Not only has Trump pulled the UN from Sefanik, her district borders Canada. She has spoken about the importance of that trade to her district and Trump is sabotaging that, too.

So no legal proceedings can continue against Trump because it will distract from the transition to and then the duties of the presidency, but commencing litigation against the DesMoines Register does not?
