I don't even know who to try to speak to anymore.

Just returned from RJH where the sign clearly says masks are required. But they aren’t. The language changed from 'patient-facing areas' to 'patient care areas'. One staff member masked.

Why would patients mask when it clearly doesn't matter?
Sign at the door of our hospital. It says: Masks are required in all Island Health Facilities. If you are a visitor and have cold or flu-like symptoms, please don't visit. All visitors and patients must check on at your destination.
