There’s a deep global market for Canadian potash. We’ve just been sending it south because it’s the easiest thing to do. What we should be doing is cutting the US off altogether.

I disagree strongly with your assertion. There are lots of places throughout BC that, while may have a conservative MP, are far from what you describe. Remember, as there are good progressive voices in cities and towns all across Canada, there are also rabid right wing voices in Vancouver
