This is so blatantly un-Constitutional that it’s insane. It violates the amendment barring cruel and unusual punishment, cuts off access to due process and legal representation, and is effectively selling human beings into either slavery or death camps.

The people they kidnapped and removed weren’t violent criminals. Why would anyone believe he would only do that to US citizens if THEY were violent criminals?
