If you’re regularly ovulating/menstruating, I’ve found the two weeks of my lutéal phase, when progesterone is at its highest, I need a dose and a half of my meds to get the same effect out of them.

It really is! I walk my dog for 45mins in the morning, then read a book on the treadmill for the other half. It’s so time consuming, but reading is my hobby so that helps.
