Also if any of the supplemental plaques say 4-Way or 2-Way those are no longer legal. If all streets stop it should be an All Way (MUTCD R1-3P), otherwise a stop sign with a "cross traffic does not stop" plaque should be used.

In the mean time put up "cross traffic does not stop" (MUTCD W4-4P) sign below the stop signs. It's confusing having a mix of all-ways stops to one street stopping.
