Most hoods here are real excited, especially the strong dem ones. The establishment got routed and they have to change up or lose funding. They’re worthless to their funders if they aren’t in power, so no wonder they’re upset. Cuomo got clearly trounced though.

The “Mastering Claude Code” video starts with a suggestion to use macOS dictation, so maybe many at Anthropic are using it? Wonder if they’re all in office doing that lol

Very nice to see one of the rare post-pandemic outdoor dining structures in the wild at The Skillman in Sunnyside. People seem to prefer it, and it’s a much better use of the space than parking 1.5 SUVs.

Look what I just dug out of a drawer. Last time it was powered on was 2010, and damn times have changed. Kinda want to mod it now. Replace the battery (seems fine tho?), upgrade the storage to a couple TB flash card. Firmware hack to play lossless.

A lot of problems in life can’t be solved, only managed. Sparing use of chocolate conchas helps quite a bit for me.

With congestion pricing in effect I think these hop on hop off tourists busses are probably way less of a scam and waste of time than before. Instead of sitting in traffic all day you can actually move around the city.

Great time in ktown tonight! Still too many cars though. Too much parking, not enough space for people. But really happy with the progress that has been made
