You miss the point. The U.S. Constitution says EVERYONE must have due process. He, and all the other Venezuelans, was not given a due process hearing in the U.S. Democracy is not democracy without it. It is autocracy - whatever the great leader wants.

We need proper housing and services for these people. We have not invested in that in recent years. Of course they deserve dignity. That is not the issue.

Guess they don’t know where else to put these people. We also have disgusting tent encampments on church property and parks. And people setting up camp in movie house doorways and sleeping in the subway and streetcars. Is this the best we can do?!?!?

Not quite true. There are other good reporters. But CNN is definitely losing its truth telling. And definitely moving in the wrong direction. With people like Scott being representative of Republicanism, it’s a farce.
