I went, drank a bottle of water then friends took me home. I slept and ate a bit.

I went to meet friends for lunch when the exterminator, I'd forgotten about, came. I had to go. 😷

Already had an in home nurse visit and food delivery, then had to go away.

We met for lunch & then they brought me home. Mini med reaction/dehydration. Then, I slept.
