that's bad enough, but then I decided to leave the dirty cup out overnight to see if it would settle at all.
the next day I was horrified to see that it had. this is from maybe a 10-15 minute walk in the village.

the first few walks I noticed the water was.. sludgier than I expected. so I set up a test. I mixed a batch of soapy water, poured some in a cup as a test sample and then washed her feet and poured the rest into another cup.
