Yes, my son has sent on a few incidents from his car cam, dangerous incidents cars passing out to go through red traffic lights almost knocking down a pedestrian who had to jump out of the way. And he's told me no point sending them nothing is done and no one gets back to him.

Excellent 👌 agree with everything you say and yes everyone should be visible but phones and distractions and speed are the MAIN CAUSES of accidents on our roads .

But it's also important to wear reflective clothing out and about on these dark nights, they also stay slow down, everything should be done I don't think advising people to be seen is wrong ? it's not blaming victims , on a dark road you can't be seen on a country road yes slow down too !!Obviously
