We know SCOTUS has been corrupted by money & influence peddling. Another excellent reason to get Democrats back in the majority in the Senate, then expand & rebalance SCOTUS, and impose term limits! None of this takes a constitutional amendment. SCOTUS size has been expanded and contracted before.

I don't believe for one minute that Trump will end the suffering. Mike Johnson just pushed back the opening day for the house, meaning no work begins on their vote until November 21st now. Trump is and always has been a liar and a bully. You don't appease a bully, you fight back.

Loevy plays a video of a woman's arrest. Hewson says the woman was "assaultive" because she kicked a can of tear gas that had been deployed.

Loevy: "When you tear gas somebody … and they try to kick the tear gas canister away from them, that's assaulting?"

Hewson: "Yes."
