Sandwich guy not guilty. On the one hand it was a 12 incher, more dangerous than the six. On the other, the victim was wearing a sub-proof vest. I've heard that a good prosecutor can convince a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, but I guess a guilty verdict is more difficult in DC.
