The action choreography is helmed by South African choreographer, Andrew McKenzie who has been helming several action films in several countries and recently made his Hollywood debut, choreographing two episodes of Paramount’s espionage drama, The Agency.

The film focuses on three historical revolutionary figures, Ahmed Abdelhai Kira (Karim Abdel Aziz), Abdelkader Shehata aka. El Gin “The Jinn” (Ahmed Ezz) and Doalet Fahmy (Hind Sabry).

Based on the 2014 novel “1919” by Ahmed Mourad, the story during the events when Egypt was under British rule, including the historic 1919 revolution.

The end of an era.

It began with a show about a young pre-Superman Clark Kent learning how to come to terms with his mysterious powers and it ends a show about a older Superman returning to his hometown, coming to terms with changes, including family life.
