We did help setup the app for the

I printed out larger sized Dutch-only manuals of which app to install and how to connect an Android or iPhone to their indoor unit, and dropped them in everyones mailbox last

unit's trunk from the garage/basement level to the top floor.

The other replacement line splitter, in the garage, I also moved, but this time just half a meter from the ceiling to the wall for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.

each unit aswell as on the box they're shipped in, removes a LOT of hassle during the 2 days we had scheduled to remove all the old indoor units and replace them the new ones, aswell as the remake the panel the previous outdoor unit, nameplates and badgereader/keypad were installed, wiring included.
