I went to the gym instead. Definitely up for a Seaford Parkrun as it's nice and flat

I was due to do the Seaford Parkrun today, but the group pulled out, so I didn't go

Bingo Night is 7pm for 7.30pm eyes down. £13 for 6 games & a free drinks voucher (on selected drinks). Lots of top prizes to be won. Money raised will go to the Lewes FC Supporters Club. Cash & card accepted for this event.

Quiz Night. £3 per person. Max of 6 people to a team. Be quick to book your table as this is very likely to sell out. There will also be a raffle. This is a cash only quiz. Charity is Alexandra Children's Hospital.
There will also be a special offer on Chilli & Nachos.

The bar staff took the silver medal with 169 points and Battered in Marseille came 3rd with 166 points.
