I usually only use the new Pokémon in all the games, but seeing ampharos here makes me just want to finish the game out on my all time favs 🥹

The haptic feedback will be much better on the new one, so if you care about how good the vibrations feel definitely grab the new one

Wow, that doesn’t actually look too bad, the red border looks significantly worse on the official pictures, if only they didn’t centre the switch 2 logo

Exactly haha that’s why the Definitive Edition was so exciting, I own 2 copies of the WiiU game but will probably never play them again with this new release having so many quality of life improvements, new content and a completed story

Definitely pick it up on Switch, the WiiU version has a cliff hanger ending that the Definitive Edition gives an another chapter for a proper ending

These were the first games I was ever excited to launch, I grew up playing Gold and Silver like crazy! I still vividly remember going to pick this game up day 1 and by far it being one of my greatest gaming sessions

I’m 42 hours in as well and loving the grind, it’s like they took all the boring side quests from 1 and made them way more satisfying to complete with actually good reward 😆

They’ve been working on a new IP for some time now haven’t they? Monolithsoft is huge so I would think a smaller team worked on Xeno X while the rest continued on that new IP

Crazy thing about this game is that it’s still Version 1.0…meaning every single physical version has the most up to date version

Doesn’t this kinda ruin the excitement for an Xbox handheld? Like an official first party made handheld wouldn’t be much different nor exciting as this already exists
