4 months of coaching, listening to countless story podcasts & 9 drafts later, on Thursday I was part of the National Health Stories event.
Personal stories, unlike presentations & teaching, have no control over what people take. To risk being vulnerable, to foster connection & it was so worth it.

There is an immense power to kindness, understanding and compassion… I felt it at the #ProfessionalNurseAdvocate symposium this week in Leeds.

I think restorative supervision is important, beyond its gift to improve health and wellbeing- I think restores the art of nursing, beyond the science ♥️
