That's not what the study you linked concluded at all. The study you link has nothing to do with cannabis causing psychosis, it looked at whether rates of cannabis-induced psychosis presentations at an emergency department increased one year post legalization.

Cannabis induced psychosis is a made up condition? I worked in psych emerg for 4 years and I can assure you that it is very real and very common.
