"Ludricous mode", I think?
As far as I understand it's a setting to put acceleration, top speed, etc. at the maximum, ignoring range or battery conservation.
My only concern with it, as with FSD, is that it's available on public roads. (And yes, I feel the same about supercars.)

I remember reports that they would bring their own servers, hook them up to the network, and within minutes after coming online there would be reams of data being sent out, but there would also be incoming connections, some of which originated in Russia.

And honestly, even though the charging port is fiddly, and the battery is shot, I can’t really justify dropping ~1500€ on a new iPhone (the 16, not even the latest model).

Yeah, I an app designer, a few years back me and my colleagues would upgrade our phones around every 2 years, because the difference would be huge, and the upgrades were exiting.
Now? I’m rocking an iPhone 12 Pro i bought in 2022, only because I dropped my old phone from 5 meters up onto concrete.
