Thank you!! Yeah I feel a bit better now. I’m resting after I do my schoolwork, usually sleeping it off helps me too.

Practices vary for everyone and I’m on a break from practices rn (I’m also polytheistic) so idk how valid my advice is but generally as long as no one is harmed in any way, you’re safe, and it makes you happy I don’t see a problem with it. Take your time and if you go back, do so when you’re ready^^
