Recognize that good health is a gift that shouldn’t be risked unnecessarily - and start refusing to risk the health of other people. Wearing a mask says you care about yourself and your community.

This denial runs so deep - people will decide they simply “don’t do sick” and shun you if you can’t hide your disabilities.
I’ve had it happen with friends & family. If my sickness remained invisible - I was tolerated. If I could no longer hide? I was abandoned:
