I don't condone violence on anyone. What happened to Charlie Kirk shouldn't happen to anyone. If your career is based on sowing hate and division, one will have to reap its rewards. It's unfortunate that this is the result.

Renaming the Department of Defense to the Department of War is glorification of war. Glorification of war was one of the reasons WWI started. I'm afraid we are starting to romanticize war again.

I am working on planning out the fall garden. Having trouble germinating seeds. I'm now planning on pre-germinating in ziplocs with a damp paper towel.

IMHO, if Trump truly grows tired of this -- if he pauses his nonexistent “peace plan,” stops camouflaging his total fiasco with Putin behind his escapades and attempts to twist Ukraine’s arm, and simply allows Europeans to buy American weapons for Ukraine...

With all this speculation on the presidents health. I think it needs to be reiterated. We need a maximum age for our officials. Just as we have a minimum age.

I've been looking at these Columnar apple trees. Supposedly, they only have a canopy 2 to 3 ft wide, but still produce heavily.

I believe that in the next few years, we will need to both build strong relationships within our communities and become much more self-reliant as individuals. We need to do these things not to just protect ourselves but also our communities.

What's going on in DC is insane. The voters decided who they wanted to lead their city. If they wanted it to change, they could vote for it. This is the path of despotism and tyranny.

So, during a time of high energy costs, you stop approving renewable energy projects. Fossil fuels will always be inflationary due to an ever dwindling supply.

Just in case nobody knows. Your local landfill most likely has a composting program. That's free to you. May have some plastic in it, though. I am currently resetting my beds. Getting ready for fall planting.

About a year or so ago, I received an opportunity to rummage through a scrap pile. For two hundred dollars, I was able to fill my truck bed. I was able to pick out a lot of good pieces of walnut. I know nothing about woodworking. Let's make some money!

I've been making an effort to become more active across social media platforms. Not that my opinion matters much, or that I think I'm important. But I figure if I can make small differences in people lives, I've done plenty enough. So be on the lookout out for more activity from me.
