I would say maybe the fishing hamlet? where the orphan of kos first washed up on shore. either that or the research hall maybe?

Odysseus felt truly nonexistent in the story, despite supposedly being a major part in the strategy of taking down chronos. despite being connected to a number of the surface and underworld bosses, there is only like. one quest where they even interact, and only for one conversation each.

I loved everything about the gameplay loop. it felt tight, perfectly fine tuned and improved from the first game. all the weapons and their aspects are so flavorful and unique, the boons all feel great, but I was so disappointed in how i never felt truly immersed in every run like I did in hades 1

Zagreus' story was about how much he cared for his family and fighting to have a better relationship with them all. but I feel like Melinoe's story was not that at all. it sucks to have every run be about finding Zag, and then to pretty much have him resolve the entire story behind the scenes sucks

I appreciate the game changers list in that it feels like the Canadian Highlander points list. I think it may be nice to implement a system akin to that, a more nuanced game changers list with differently weighted points that allow you to place your key pieces into the different brackets.
