Kicked off my postdoc fieldwork in the BAMBI project. Setting up bat detectors on remote islands in the Baltic Sea. Now we have 100s detectors deployed with the goal to understand bat migration patterns and help authorities mitigate the negative impacts of offshore wind on bats.
