It's the whole "panopticon" situation again.

- of this is ingraining the idea for everyday people to simply police themselves. To convince them everything must have a moral purity standard and everything is "problematic" so that they'll jump on people themselves w/out any authority actually having to be involved.

Either way, I think the main bigger problem comes down to my usual focus: capitalistic class-based society. :P

Having a platform where muted words/tags *actually* works is big factor in it, lol. I'm so used to sites/platforms where it just doesn't work as well, so I'm glad to be seeing more where it's easier to somewhat control what we actually see (compared to the nightmare that is Twitter/Facebook/etc)

You can mute, hide words, block people if ya feel like. Curate your space however ya want, but don't barge into someone else's demanding they change what they're doing to fit how you view an interest/kink.

Demanding someone follows *your* specific idea of what things are meant to mean does you not good. Understand that things change, find the people that seem to fit best for you, and do what makes you happy and encourages you to be a kind person, not policing someone's use of these terms.

Great! I like it a lot.
Sometimes feels a lil slower loading than say, Gmail, but the security and knowing they're fine with NSFW helps a lot.
I'm personally fine paying for it since it's helpful for my work.

A lot of furries set aside what little extra they have per month in order to buy art and that is something special - especially when so many people look down on artists as having less value than other workers in society.
